To further the goals of providing environmental, aesthetic, and other benefits provided by the orderly preservation and placement of trees, also understanding practical effects on infrastructure needs and other concerns for the overall value and welfare of the community in the Village of Kirkland, the Tree Advisory Commission is hereby established.
