§ 131.13 MEDICAL USE OF CANNABIS.
   Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall not be unlawful for any registered qualifying patients to possess cannabis consistent with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act, 410 ILCS 130/1 et seq., as amended, the terms of which are incorporated herein.
