§ 51.10 ADDITIONAL UTILITY FEES.
   (A)   Each metered water user whose water is provided by the village shall pay a fee of $8.34 per billing cycle to fund the Bull Creek stormwater project.
   (B)   A water/sewer improvement fund fee of $6.00 shall be paid by each metered water and/or sewer user for each billing cycle.
