The boundaries of the zoning districts heretofore designated are hereby established as shown on the maps entitled "Official Zoning Map, Kirkland, Illinois" and "Official Flood Plain Overlay Zoning Map, Kirkland, Illinois" which maps accompany and are made a part of this chapter, and shall have the same force and effect as if the zoning maps together with all notations, references and other information shown thereon, were fully set forth and described herein.
