§ 154.035 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.

   For the purpose of provisions of this chapter, Kirkland, Illinois, is hereby organized into the following zoning districts:

   (A)   Agricultural District: A Agricultural District;

   (B)   Residence districts:

      (1)   R-1 Single-Family Residence (low density);

      (2)   R-2 Single-Family Residence (medium density);

      (3)   R-3 Single-Family Residence (high density); and

      (4)   R-4 Multi-Family Residence.

   (C)   Business districts:

      (1)   B-1 General Commercial;

      (2)   B-2 Highway Commercial; and

      (3)   B-3 Convenience Commercial.

   (D)   Manufacturing District: M-1 General Manufacturing; and

   (E)   Conservancy District: C Conservancy District.
