Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity which violates § 114.01 shall be fined not less than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense. In addition, any licensed retail establishment which violates § 114.01 is subject to a fine or suspension or revocation of its liquor license following a hearing before the village’s local liquor commissioner.
