§ 113.09 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
Any license granted hereunder shall be subject to revocation or suspension by the Department; however, the Department shall first serve or cause to be served upon the licensee a written notice in which shall be specified the way or way in which the licensee has failed to comply with the ordinances or any rules or regulations promulgated by the Department pertaining thereto. The notice shall require the licensee to remove or abate the nuisance, unsanitary condition or objectionable condition, specified in the notice within five days or within a longer period of time as may be allowed by the Department. If the licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the notice, within the time specified or the extended period of time, the Department may revoke or suspend the license.
