§ 113.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEPARTMENT. The Board of Trustees ex officio as the Village Department of Public Health.
   DEPENDENT TRAILER COACH or DEPENDENT MOBILE HOME. A trailer coach which does not have toilet and bath or shower facilities.
   INDEPENDENT TRAILER COACH or INDEPENDENT MOBILE HOME. A trailer coach with self-contained toilet and bath or shower facilities.
   SCHOOL DISTRICT. Any district created or operated under the provisions of the School Code, being 105 ILCS 15, of the state, approved May 1, 1945, as amended.
   TRAILER COACH or MOBILE HOME. Any vehicle or similar portable structure used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and designed to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling place for one or more persons; provided, that any such structure resting in whole on a permanent foundation, with wheels, tongue and hitch permanently removed, shall not be construed as a TRAILER COACH or MOBILE HOME.
   TRAILER COACH PARK or PARK. An area of land within the village upon which two or more occupied trailer coaches are harbored either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any building, structure, tent, vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the equipment of the trailer coach park.
