Raffle chances (tickets) shall bear a number; the name of the organization sponsoring the raffle; the time and location at which the winning chances (tickets) will be determined; the price of each chance (ticket), which is not to exceed $1; whether it is necessary to be present to win; the aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded by the licensee in a single raffle, which shall not exceed $15,000; and the maximum retail value of each prize awarded by a licensee in a single raffle, should there be more than one prize.
