230 ILCS 15 is hereby adopted and made a part hereof by this reference. Any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision of this subchapter which is held to be in conflict with any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision of 230 ILCS 15 shall be considered null and void. Each section, paragraph, sentence, clause and provision of this subchapter is separable, and if any provision is held unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the decision shall not affect the remainder of this subchapter nor any part hereof.
