§ 111.32 LICENSE ISSUANCE; CONDITIONS.
   (A)   The Village President and the Board of Trustees shall issue a license to any person:
      (1)   Who files an application as herein provided;
      (2)   Who establishes that he or she is a person of good moral character;
      (3)   Who confirms that the place or building where the dance hall is to be operated or maintained reasonably conforms to all laws and health and fire regulations applicable thereto, and is properly ventilated and supplied with separate and sufficient toilet facilities for both sexes and is a safe and proper place of building for a dance hall; and
      (4)   Pays a license fee as hereinafter provided.
   (B)   The license issued by the Village President and Board of Trustees shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
   (C)   The form of the license issued herein shall be designed and printed by the Village Clerk.
   (D)   The license issued shall be prominently displayed near the main entrance of the dance hall.
   (E)   If the situs or management of the dance hall changes, reapplication for a corrected license shall be made as herein provided, except that no fee need be paid.
