§ 111.18 OPERATION OF BILLIARD OR POOL HALLS OR VIDEO GAME ROOMS.
   (A)   All billiard tables, pool tables and video games regulated by this subchapter shall remain closed to public use during the hours of 12:00 a.m. midnight to 7:00 a.m. and shall remain closed on Sunday until 1:00 p.m., except those located on premises which hold a liquor license, which may be used during other hours the premises are properly open to the public under the liquor license.
   (B)   No alcoholic beverages shall be sold, dispensed or allowed on the premises of the billiard or pool hall or video game room unless the premises are licensed to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages, and then only in compliance with that license and the laws of the United States, this state, the county and the village.
   (C)   The interior of the billiard or pool hall or video game room shall be continuously lighted in such manner as to allow patrons or occupants a clearly visible view of all entrances, exits and doorways.
   (D)   No screens, blinds, curtains or partitions shall be permitted on or near windows or doorways of the billiard or pool hall or video game room so as to prevent a clear view of the interior from the entrances, exits or doors.
