§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who is found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 110.01 through 110.13, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 and may be ordered to stop soliciting unless in receipt of a solicitor's permit as required by the village code.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 110.25 through 110.32 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each and every offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 110.45 through 110.47 shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
