§ 110.46 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES.

No person shall sell or keep for sale or offer to the general public any soft drinks without first having obtained license therefor as is herein provided. Every person selling, keeping for sale or offering to the general public any soft drink shall pay a license fee of $5 per year.
