§ 93.01 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.

   The following actions or activities shall be prohibited at village parks and other public property:

   (A)   No swimming;

   (B)   No unauthorized vehicle may park or be operated on the grass;

   (C)   No open fires may be started, except that charcoal grills may be used;

   (D)   No unauthorized all-terrain vehicles may be operated in a park or upon other public property;

   (E)   No unauthorized snowmobiles may be operated in a park or upon other public property; and

   (F)   No unauthorized boats or marine craft may be operated in a park or upon other public property.
