§ 91.46 ENACTMENT.

This subchapter shall be and hereby is enacted to implement a comprehensive program of nuisance abatement with respect to certain property conditions in order to protect the public health and welfare, property values, and quality of life in the village. Therefore, this subchapter shall be and is hereby enacted to read as follows.
