(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) The penalty for a violation of § 72.01 shall be a fine of not less than $30 nor more than $750, provided that any fine paid to the Village Clerk within ten days of issuance shall be $30 (or $50 for violations on Main Street), any fine paid to the Village Clerk after ten days of issuance shall be $35 (or $50 for violations on Main Street), and any fine requiring enforcement in the Circuit Court shall be not less than $100.
