§ 71.16 VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMIT.

(A) No person may operate a vehicle, truck or other commercial vehicle on Pearl Street or over the Pearl Street Bridge when the total weight transmitted to the road surface exceeds ten tons.

(B) Any person in violation with this section shall be fined $75 per every 500 pounds or fraction thereof for any weight exceeding the weight provided herein.
