§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except §§ 53.06 and 53.07, shall be served by the village with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A)(1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village by reason of the violation.

   (B)   Any person violating § 53.07 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
