(A) Unless otherwise indicated, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine or penalty not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a like fine or penalty for each day the violation continues.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 52.02 shall be fined not less than $750 and a like fine for each day the violation continues.
