All connections and water applied for hereunder and all the water used hereunder shall be upon the express condition that the village shall not be liable, nor will any claim be made against it for damage or injury caused by reason of the breaking of any main, connections, branches, service pipe or apparatus or appurtenances connected therewith, or any part or portion of the system or plant, or for any interruption of the supply or by reason of the breakage of machinery, or by reason of stoppage for repairs, alterations or extensions or renewals.
