§ 50.15 FEES FOR REFUSE AND GARBAGE COLLECTION.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees shall have the authority to enter a contract with a garbage collection and disposition service provider and set, from time to time, a reasonable fee necessary for the costs of refuse and garbage collection and disposition in the village, including reasonable administrative costs, to be paid by residents receiving refuse and garbage collection and disposition services ("fee").
   (B)   The Board of Trustees may decide to have the fee billed directly by the service provider to the residents, or may decide to allocate the fee as a separate item on the water bill.
   (C)   The fee to be paid by residents receiving refuse and garbage collection and disposition service each month shall be in accordance with the in-force contract entered by the village with the service provider, which will vary from time-to-time.
