§ 33.51 REPLENISHING ACCOUNT.
   Whenever said funds shall have been disbursed, so as to reduce the funds on account to or below the minimum balance described in § 33.46, the Village Clerk shall notify the applicant that the account must be replenished to the initial required amount, and the applicant shall, nor more than 15 days later, make a deposit with the Village Clerk to so replenish the funds. If the applicant shall fail to replenish the account upon such written notice, the village shall cease work on and processing of the subject application until such time as the additional deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed by the Village Board.
