§ 32.49 NEGLECT OF DUTY.
   Any police officer who shall neglect or refuse to perform any duty required of him or her by law and ordinances of the village, or who shall, in the discharge of his or her official duties, be guilty of any fraud, favoritism, partiality, extortion, oppression or willful wrong and injustice shall be fined as set forth in Chapter 10, Appendix A of this code for each offense, the prosecution for such offense to be conducted as in other cases of violation of any village ordinance.
