§ 32.48 RESISTING CHIEF OF POLICE.
   Whoever shall resist the Chief of Police or any member of the Police Department of the village in the discharge of his or her duty, or shall in any way interfere with or hinder or prevent him or her from discharging his or her duty, or shall endeavor to do so and whoever shall assist in any manner any person in custody of any police officer or the Police Chief to escape or attempt to escape from such custody, shall be fined as set forth in Chapter 10, Appendix A of this code.
