§ 31.58 RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The Deputy Clerk shall have the responsibilities outlined in this subchapter and, in the absence of the Village Clerk, and as authorized by the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5) upon the Village Clerk.
