§ 30.31 PRESIDENT PRO TEM.
   In case of the absence of the President at the time set for any regular, adjourned or special meeting of the Board of Trustees, some member of the Board of Trustees, to be selected by the members thereof, shall call the same to order and act as president of the Board of Trustees Pro Tem, and he or she shall, during such absence, possess the powers of the President of the Board of Trustees, but such member shall not lose the right of voting and like proceedings may be had.
