§ 30.01 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Village President. The Village President shall receive as compensation for all of his or her services, a salary of $8,000 per fiscal year plus a stipend in the sum of $500 per fiscal year for duties as Liquor Commissioner payable in accordance with the village’s usual and customary payroll practice.
   (B)   Village Trustees. Each member of the Board of Trustees shall receive as compensation for his or her services, the sum of $60 for each regular or special board meeting attended payable in accordance with the village’s usual and customary payroll practice.
   (C)   Effective dates. The salaries established herein shall not take effect until such time as the term of the Village President and Trustees of the Village Board begin following the next election, which term is more than 180 days following the date of approval of this ordinance. The salaries established herein shall only be effective for those Trustees who are elected and whose terms begin following the next election, and in elections occurring thereafter.
