Charges for other services provided to the former customers of Preston County Public Service District No. 2, i.e. delayed payment penalty, tap fee, reconnection charge, returned check charge, leak adjustment, security deposit, and all other charges applicable to the residents of the city as set forth within this chapter shall also be applicable to the former customers of Preston County Public Service District No. 2 who are to be charged the rates as set forth in §§ 51.57 and 51.58.
