§ 51.40 BILL REPRINT FEE.
   A charge of $1 will be assessed to customers who do not present the bar-coded section of the bill provided by the city waterworks with payment. This does not apply to payments processed by the city waterworks as a part of an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) initiated by the city waterworks or the customer’s bank.
