If a water meter is removed to prevent a customer from illegally obtaining water after the customer’s service has been disconnected for nonpayment, the customer shall pay a minimum meter re-installation fee of $125, plus additional charges to replace and/or repair damaged equipment belonging to the utility, before the meter is reinstalled and water services reinstated. This fee is in addition to any reconnection fees set forth herein.
