§ 51.34 LEAK ADJUSTMENT.
   There shall be a leak adjustment of $1.50 per 1,000 gallons to be used when the bill reflects unusual consumption which can be attributed to eligible leakage on customer’s side of the meter. This rate shall be applicable to all such consumption above the customer’s historical average usage.
