§ 51.30 DELAYED PAYMENT/PENALTY.
   (A)   The rates listed in §§ 51.27 through 51.29 are net.
   (B)   On all current accounts not paid in full when due, a 10% penalty will be added to the net current amount unpaid.
   (C)   This delayed payment penalty is not interest and is only to be collected once for each bill where it is appropriate.
