§ 51.12 LEAK ADJUSTMENT.
    There shall be a leak adjustment of $1.00 per 1,000 gallons to be used when a water bill reflects unusual consumption which can be attributed to eligible leakage on customer’s side of the meter. The rate shall be applied to all such consumption above the customer’s historical average.
