§ 51.11 RETURNED CHECKS FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.

If a check received is returned by the bank for any reason, the bank’s charge to the town shall be the town’s charge to the customer for such a bad check, but such charge to the customer shall not exceed $25.
