§ 51.08 SEWER CONNECTION CHARGE (TAP FEE).

(B) The city shall have no obligation to acquire by condemnation or otherwise additional rights-of- way or easements necessary for extension of lines, which shall be provided by applicant upon terms and conditions approved by the city.
