(A)
The above rates are net. On all current usage billings not paid in full within 20 days of billing date, a 10% penalty will be added to the net amount shown. This delayed payment penalty is not interest and is only to be collected once for each bill where it is appropriate.
(B) If any bill is not paid within 60 days after the due date, water service to the customer will be discontinued. Water service will not be restored until all past due water and sewer bills have been paid in full and all accrued penalties plus a reconnection charge have been paid.
