The authorized period of the sale as herein registered shall not exceed four days in any one calendar year and will be confined between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of each day. Only certificates for four sale days will be issued for the same site and location of sale in any one calendar year and the issue of a change of ownership of the site or change of tenant shall not alter this requirement. No sign for said yard sale or the like shall be placed on any utility pole, street light poles, street signs or road signs. All signs posted in other areas shall be removed within 24 hours of the completion of the yard sale.
