It shall be unlawful for any person or organization to engage in the activity of yard sales, garage sales, fleamarkets, or other isolated transactions without first having registered in the office of the City Clerk and having obtained a permit for such activity. Such registration must occur at least two days prior to the operation of such activity. The registrant shall give his/her complete identification; the identification of all individuals, companies and corporations included and participating in or contributing to the sale; the applicant’s signature; nature of sale; and the actual physical location of said sale with the street address and property owners’ full names.
