§ 34.58 AUTOMATIC UPDATING.

Any amendments to W. Va. Code Chapter 11, Articles nine, ten, 15, 15-a and 15-b, shall automatically apply to the municipal sales and use tax imposed pursuant to this subchapter, to the extent they are applicable to the taxes imposed by this subchapter.
