§ 150.67 APPLICABILITY OF STATE LAW.
   W. Va. Code Ch. 8, Art. 12 et seq. sets forth provisions upon which this subchapter is based and any issues not addressed by this subchapter shall be handled in accordance with said West Virginia Code.
