§ 150.58 UNINHABITABLE BUILDINGS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, any building which does not possess adequate light, air, electric, and/or gas energy sources, and sanitary facilities, or which is so dilapidated, decayed, unsafe or unsanitary as to utterly fail to provide the amenities essential to decent living and is likely to work injury to the health, safety or general welfare of those living therein and/or unfit for human habitation is hereby declared a public nuisance and ordered abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal in accordance herewith.
