§ 150.40 RELATION TO OTHER ORDINANCES AND LAWS.
   It is understood that the intent and purpose of this subchapter is separate and apart from other ordinances of the city. The provisions of this subchapter are applicable to the owners of such vacant buildings as set forth herein and in addition to and not in lieu of any and all other applicable provisions in this subchapter and other city ordinances.
