§ 112.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SOLICITOR or CANVASSER. Includes any person or organization who takes orders for future deliveries, or for intangible services, or solicits subscriptions or contributions, in public places or from house to house and not from an established place on private premises.
