Upon the sale of a burial lot, cremation or regular lot, 10% of the purchase price of said burial lot shall be deposited into the perpetual care fund for the cemetery and expenditures from said fund shall be only in accordance to the cemetery rules and statutes as set forth in the West Virginia State Code and mandated to be followed by all owners of cemeteries.
