(A) The Maplewood Cemetery has been mapped and plotted into individual lots be separate divisions of the cemetery, which said divisions and plots have been platted and are of record in the City Clerk’s office, and that said individual lots in said cemetery are available to be purchased by any individual, firm or corporation and that each said lot shall sell for the price of $500 each.
(B) The Clerk of the city shall, upon selling a lot or lots of said Maplewood Cemetery prepare a deed of conveyance for said cemetery lot, which said deed shall be under the supervision of the City Attorney and shall be executed by the Mayor of said city to convey clear title to said cemetery lot to the purchaser of said lot.
