(A) An engineering design shall be developed for all new roadways built in accordance with this subchapter.
(B) Said design shall include the width of said roadway, the drainage area, the grade elevations and shall illustrate that the minimum of the requirements herein stated are met within said design for the paving of said roadway.
(C) Said design shall further include a turning radius on all roadways, which said radius shall be one-half of the width of the road which shall actually be designed as being a point located at the turning corner which is one-half of the road width away from each of said roads on either side of the turn. Once said point is determined, then perpendicular lines shall be established to each of said roads to determine a point upon said roadway. An arch shall then be established between said two points to provide the turning radius on each roadway.
