§ 94.18 REPAVING OF STREETS.
   (A)   When any soft areas become apparent or any part of the pavement becomes badly broken and loose, such area must be dug out and removed from the said roadway.
   (B)   Such areas which are dug out and removed must be filled and properly compacted with stone to a depth of three inches below the top of the existing pavement.
   (C)   The area between the three inches below the top of the existing pavement must then be filled with asphaltic concrete and may be laid with the top layer or wearing course.
   (D)   All repavement shall be done with hot asphaltic wearing course compacted to two inches.
   (E)   All compaction herein referred to must be compacted with a minimum of a ten-ton tandem roller.
