§ 94.16 EXCAVATING AND GRADING.
   (A)   During the cut and fill operation of said roadway-construction, all existing and new utility lines shall be protected from any damage by the contractor.
   (B)   There shall be removed from the construction site of said roadway all unsuitable soils, debris and all excess material that may be harmful, damaging or inappropriate in the construction of said roadway.
   (C)   Said roadway shall be appropriately graded to remove all unnecessary bumps, hills, dips and other such problems which are not advantageous to the building of an appropriate roadway.
   (D)   All wet weather springs or wet conditions of any kind which are discovered within the construction site of said roadway must be dug out, water piped to permit appropriate drainage and said area filled with stone and compacted in a proper way.
   (E)   The grades of said roadway shall be uniform levels or slopes between elevation points or existing grades and shall consider driveways, existing roadways and other pertinent points in determining the location and grade of the newly constructed roadway.
   (F)   Engineering designs for said roadway shall indicate elevation points; however, should certain points not be indicated, then said grades shall be directed by the Supervisor of City Services.
