(A) All trees and stumps shall be removed from said roadway or street area which is within the construction site, which site includes the roadway, drainage area and all appurtenant area thereto in regard to the building and maintenance of said roadway. Trees, shrubs and the like that could be hazardous within said construction site right-of-way may be removed upon the direction and approval of the Supervisor of City Services.
(B) In the building of a new roadway, the topsoil shall be removed to a minimum of eight inches depth.
